Refund Policy

Refund Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription within the first 7 days, during your trial period only. If you have signed up for our annual billing, you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days. If after 7 days, you may receive a 50% refund. To request to cancel your subscription, please send an email to support@massivecompanies.com or submit the form below.

We will not refund your subscription if:

  • You have violated any of our SPAM and Acceptable Use policies
  • You are outside of your 7-Day Trial Period
  • You have re-registered for an account after having a previous account terminated 

We will refund your subscription if:

  • You have not violated any of our SPAM and Acceptable Use policies
  • You are within your 7-Day Trial Period, for any reason
  • At our sole discretion, if you are outside of your Trial Period and having issues with our software that we are not able to satisfactorily resolve. (Example: Deliverability, Functionality, Service Interruption, etc.)

 

Remember, you can only ever SMS anyone who has clearly given you permission to SMS them specifically about the subject you’re contacting them about.

If we do discover that you’re SMS messaging people without their permission, we have the right to terminate your account with Massive Messenger immediately.
